Hi, I'm Tiffany!
Since 2019, I’ve been all about helping women in business become seen, heard and known through social media and marketing strategy.

When Tiffany founded Socially Yours XO, her goal was simple to help small businesses fall back in love with their online presence. Based in sunny Orlando, this boutique social media agency blends creative strategy with personal connection to deliver results that go beyond vanity metrics.

I started Socially Yours xo because I wanted to help small businesses succeed. Before going all in on SYxo, I was working for a digital marketing academy. I saw firsthand how small businesses struggled with having the time to market themselves, how they had no idea where to start, and ultimately that this was a huge sore spot for them that was limiting their growth. From there I knew that I wanted to get out there and provide that help for them.

I got into social media strategy by accident to be honest. Back in high school, I created a “finsta” and, without meaning to, built an online community. I LOVED it—not for the dopamine rush of likes and follows, but for the connection it created. This opened my eyes to the power of social media BUT I still didn’t see myself pursuing it until college. Initially I wanted to be a film major, I was/am really into video editing and wanted to work on short films or even movies one day. The universe had something else in mind for me because the university that I got a full ride for didn’t have film as a major so I went for digital communications, hoping it’d be similar. Turns out it was not similar at all and focused more on marketing, journalism, and broadcast media. From those three, marketing took my heart. I loved creating campaigns, understanding the buyers journey, and reviewing data to see what to tweak next.
We offer social media management, brand photoshoots, brand video shoots (VIP days), blog writing, newsletter writing, UGC, and opt-in creation.

I’m based in Orlando, FL and we serve women-owned brands running service-based businesses focused on aesthetics like nail techs, estheticians, med spas but also interior designers, home stagers, and architects.
Brand photoshoots are incredibly important for businesses. It’s the perfect way to ensure your brand stays cohesive all throughout your content, whether it be your socials, website, physical goods, etc. Not having a brand photoshoot means you or your marketing team is stuck trying to find stock photos that match your brand well enough but doesn’t add that personal touch.

Yes! A recent success story is that one of our clients is being considered for a documentary! Her PR team found the opportunity but they reviewed her socials and online presence and decided to move forward with figuring out the logistics on how it would work based on her location. Knowing that a driving factor for her to be considered was her online presence and that it was so good they want to move on to the next step is INCREDIBLE. Whether it happens or not is a huge confidence booster that her presence is exactly how she wants it to be and exactly how we’ve planned.
One of the most common mistakes business owners make when managing their own accounts is sharing what they think is important rather than what their audience actually cares about. I’ve seen and had to deal with this firsthand, where a business owner thinks it’s important to have a feed post for National Pet Day because they love their dog, but they’re a wealth advisor… which has no connection.
Another common mistake is making unrealistic posting schedules for themselves. (I’ve also been guilty of this one) Posting consistently is important. Posting every day isn’t. Choosing an unrealistic posting schedule makes you more likely to stop posting because it’s unsustainable. If you’re going to have a posting schedule start small, once or twice a week is better than not posting at all.
I flip flop on this question pretty often but my favorite platform (for now) is Tiktok! I find the authentic and raw content on TikTok to be so refreshing from all the overproduction that happens on other platforms.

LOVE this question. Initially, I was thinking Sabrina Carpenter because she’s very cutesy and feminine and knows what she wants, but she’s maybe a littleeeee too risque for us. So instead I’ll say Zendaya! She’s gone through so many phases in life but has always been iconic. She’s polished, a trendsetter, and still knows how to keep things fun and bold.

This is a hard question because what I see social media evolving to and what I want it to evolve to are two different answers.
What I see it evolving to: Unfortunately, I see AI content continuing to increase. Although there are a good number of people who don’t love AI, I’ve gotten too many “funny” AI videos sent to me from the older generation for it to take a seat back next year. I think with how much it’s evolving with every passing year that it’s going to get harder and harder to know what’s real and what’s not.
What I HOPE it evolves to: I hope AI content starts dying out from 2026 and on. I know businesses are already facing backlash for using AI for videos and flyers, so I hope that deters any more people from trying to use it. I hope social media evolves to wanting even more of the human touch in videos, pictures, and writing. I hope social media evolves to favor more unpolished content on all platforms and that people’s genuine personalities are shining more than ever, not just their online personality.
